First login to the website with your username and password. Then go to the photo gallery by clicking on the Gallery link.
Click on the button that says Upload Picture
Choose the album you want to upload you foto on, and then click on "Browse" to select the foto you want to upload.
Enter a title for your photo where it says "Picture Title" and a descrition if you want where is says "Picture Description"
Click on "Upload Picture"
If everything is ok, you will see your foto
